File Transfer - Exchange files between devices

Doesn't keep folder structure. Doesn't open zip files like some free apps do. Deleted it.

This app did not meet my expectations at all. I found it very clunky to use, and I regret taking a gamble on it.

Just transferred some docs from my mac to iPhone using 4G pocket wifi....quick and easy,simple straightforward transfer

This is a very good, easy to use app. I can now send documents back and forth between an iPad2 and a Macbook Pro (or PC and other devices). The devices only need to be accessing the same wireless Internet connection to recognize each other automatically, you don’t need to change any settings. Just install File Transfer on both devices to send and receive in an instant. It gives a direct way to transfer specific documents without reverting to a cloud or iTune system and without randomly syncing everything. Files from the iPad go straight to the folder of your choice on the Mac. You can change the destination folder as required (in preferences in the drop down menu on the Macbook). The transfer happened so fast I thought it hadn’t worked but found my text documents in the folder I’d specified. This is definitely a handy app if you’re using your iPad to write journals or lecture notes and want to transfer selected notes straight to your Mac as a backup or to continue working on them. (Works with document apps like iDoNotepad Pro.)

Just installed this app and my first impression is that it's easy to use and does its job well. I think I'll be uninstalling a number of similar apps now that I've found File Transfer.

Life just got a whole lot easier, this is a "must have" app. It transfers files easily and quickly with no hassles at all I love it. Thanks.

Don’t waste your money. Does nothing. No refund.

Only app that could easily Transfer a database I had on my iPhone to another Apple device I have. And after the transfer this app was able to send the file to the correct app on the receiving device and the received file opened perfectly. Hope this app never goes away and continues to be on App Store.

Does not work Android to iPad! If cross platform, don't buy it!
