Files Pro - File Browser & Manager for Cloud

I paid for this app. It use to work fine. Then suddenly I copy and paste a vid download link into the app browser and it use to start downloading but now nothing. The vid plays but does not prompt for download. Please I want a refund or fix it. Update. Still not working. How can i report this app to Apple to remove from the store. In my view these guys are stealing. Selling a app that does not work.

App is full of ads and can't download anything. Fix or refund.

There are still pop up ads coming through and u advertised no more ads.

So I logged into my live account and it says it won’t even play the video n not even . Let me download video.

Not sure if it’s because of the new iOS update that it’s suddenly not working but hoping you’ll find out soon what’s going on with it.

I bought the pro version then when I clicked on remove ads, the purchase window popped up. I went to restore purchase, nothing happens. This app is a joke

I can’t safe download automatically

Can’t download anything top of that whenever I try to download it download as a zip file which is useless! I paid for this app and got nothing in return!!!! Don’t fool your self!
