Autopay shows past due
If you have autopay set up, the app will show your payment as “past due” for days after the payment date. There’s no way to tell that a payment is processing without calling customer service. This causes a bit of panic each month as I wait to see if the past due will go away. Sometimes it doesn’t happen until the 4th of the month. This seems like a totally avoidable glitch in the app—if someone has autopay set up, why not say the payment is processing instead of past due?!?
