Fintracker: AML Compliance

Not user friendly. Ridiculous that remote ID costs money. Terrible flow. Nothing is easier than filing out a paper form. Overcomplicated for no reason. Also, it’s rude to sit on your phone in front of your client.

Not impressed with the new charge for remote ID verification, why am I paying a monthly/annual fee plus this ontop 😑

Realtors have too many fees already and now this app is going to charge realtors $4 per person. With 100 sales a year, the additional fee will be $400 extra on top of dues, and insurance! This is not helping anyone but the developers of the app who have full control over Fintrac. I would rather force clients to meet me in person going forward than waste essential funds on GREEDY developers who should be providing this service at no additional cost. Fintrac just lost my confidence.

Very rarely am I able to scan the barcode of my client’s ID when I’m with them and my clients get frustrated not being able to scan their drivers Licenses remotely and often get error messages. The addresses rarely pop up in rural areas and have to be manually typed in and maneuvering from one client to another, or adding the deposit cheque is not easy. Often I get multiple id #s for one person when I edit a spelling error and my conveyancing staff gets confused on which one to use.

Don’t love Fintrac. Love this app.

Takes too ling easier to use paper form

This app is awesome. I’ve only been using this app a few weeks and already there has been a change in my productivity. This app allows you to send your clients a link to complete the fintrac form, if you didn’t have a chance to grab it in person. It’s great that we now have an easy way to verify and complete forms on the go, with a place to store everything! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to increase their productivity.

We have tried to use the App about a dozen times and it will not process a face scan. Something seriously wrong with this App. Really Trusted App......sure missing your flawless software.

Being able to use the new remote scan for IDs is going to be the best thing that ever happened to real estate agents. I don’t know why anybody would not be using this app.

I’m a funny old realtor of 28 years I have trouble with computers even though I’m not ancient, I feel it at times using apps. This thing is money!!!
