Worst app I have ever seen
It’s a shame to go live with such critical bugs. 1.Payment. After confirming my card I topped up my account for 5€. So, current balance where (5.10€) and when I wanted to rent a car I’ve got notification that my card is blacklisted. When you took money it was not blacklisted but when I need a car it is. Double standards. 2. I’ve contacted help centre and got information that in 20 minutes my problem will be sorted out. After 30 minutes I did 2 phone calls - none one picked up and after 2h I’ve got a call back asking did I want something. Have you ever heard about apologising for bad service? Submitting driving license: 3. After submitting driving license menu appeared where you could provide your billing details + written in red colour smth like confirm you email. Very inconvenient confirmation text in red is placed somewhere in the middle of screen between billing section. 4. By clicking on confirm link from email received notification that link is expired. Even if doing all written action above took less than 3 minutes. 5. After submitting driving license multiple times it was not possible to get read of billing pop-up and there was not additional confirmation email send. 6. After my driving license passed some check up from your side I’ve received phone call. Is if hard to send notification though app? Honestly, very surprised by your current rating (4.7) if I had a chance I would rate as 0! Shame how your devs and qa are working
