Firefly Fitness is your AI personal trainer. It uses your phone’s camera and motion tracking to count your reps, monitor your form, and provide on-demand workouts streamed directly to your phone - like a real personal trainer. Statistics and achievements
- View your progress over time
- Get insights into which muscle groups you targeted
- See how many reps you’ve done for each exercise
- Try to earn all the special medals
Firefly has both a free and subscription version with premium features.
Subscription auto-renews so please turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior. Manage your subscriptions by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in Settings.

Room to improve
I think that this application had many good factors with a few minor inconveniences. First, the app is a phenomenal idea, with artificial intelligence (A.I.) tracking your specific movements to perfect your form in workouts. This app is great for beginners, just starting to workout and targets specific area muscle groups. This app is truly innovative with their collection of workouts ranging from easy to hard. One small critique i have is to add some more workouts, and longer, harder workouts. Sets are about the right length, and workouts are fairly intense. I would like to see some more focus on legs, and make some more workouts in general. The design needs some work but. The AI works well to make sure your posture is perfect, though it can be tricked somewhat easily into giving reps. Overall, this app is great, at what it needs to do, the Ai just needs some tweaks, and the general verity can be improved. 3.5-4 stars
