Please allow us to change the type of cheese in the app for specialty hot subs. For example the hook and ladder can be changed to provolone instead of Monterrey Jack. Also hook and ladder is never available in large, lets you customize it but add to cart is greyed out. Please fix.
The app makes it so difficult to reorder a favorite sub. Who cares about a favorite place when a favorite sandwich is more important. Having an accurate active order history would make reordering easy and the app convenient.
Honestly,I just love the new app! It has been so helpful to my family to quickly order food for the go!
You don’t have the nutrition on the app for each sub / item. Why ? You are required to have an account just to talk with support. Why ? Don’t you care about the people that are not members yet ? Don’t you feel that there opinion matters too ? Doesn’t look like it when it’s locked to only members on the app. If I could have reached out and talked with someone on the app I could have had my order in. But guess there’s other places that care about the customer more over there member count.

Couldn’t order from app because so slow to place or add/remove toppings. Had to go to website that was smooth.
We love the Firehouse app. We use it a lot to order for pickup after church. It is fast and easy to use and the food is always ready at the time I select. The app remembers your orders so all you have to do is click “reorder” and select a pickup time. Very fast and easy. Plus, I can order a sandwich for my son who is away at college and it will be ready for him when he gets there. Awesome.
The app is incredibly bugging and something as simple as removing tomatoes from a sub take more than 5 minutes. I would recommend switching the app to run on something better software wise. Currently feels like the app is running off an old Nokia phone. And then after 20 minutes to complete the order you don’t take gift cards. This is ridiculous.
I’m really enjoying this app! It is SO easy to order and customize, I look forward to every time I open the app and order! Great job guys!
