Worth every penny if you want to skip the lines and have guaranteed entry to 95% of museums in Florence. Simple to use Minor issue with Pitty and Academia that you have to ring a number to book a priority number. You can do it via the internet with a free ticket (at 4 euro each time as a booking fee) but still it should be made much simpler. I also do not understand whilst the card has a duration of 3 days and then you can extend it for free for another 2. Make it 5 from the beginning. Otherwise it is worth every penny - just for saving you from those huuuge lines

The card is easy to use and was so worth the money. In many cases, it meant I didn’t have to stand in a line for a ticket and it is universally recognized. The app is very well designed and shows all the museums available with lots of information, including open days and hours. The ability to extend for another 48 hours is also a big plus, if you are staying longer than 3 days. I highly recommend this card when you are visiting Florence!

My Firenze card disappeared after the app updated and now it’s saying the voucher number is no longer valid!

The app works great, and it makes scheduling your Uffizi and Accademia tickets easier.

We hit 9 museums in two days alone, well with it.

I appreciate that this card exists but it is so complicated to use and especially to make reservations. The hours of the reservation offices are different than the museums and the phone number is perpetually busy. Why can’t I make a reservation on the app?!?

But general instructions on how the app works with timed reservations could be clearer. I still don’t understand how to make timed reservations for the uffizi or other locations. Also generally explain that if you have Firenze card you don’t have to wait in the general line for tickets but may have to go to bookshop or other desk for tickets. It’s confusing.
