The interface could be improved as well as the ability to modify the sounds of the alerts in the phone settings. You won’t be able to do an emergency bypass with notifications, so you won’t hear a page unless your phone ringer is on. It works well beyond that, just would appreciate more personalization options.

It would be really nice if we could have a map of the address of the avians possibly more tones to choose from , these tones are not very impressive, also have a ability to see whose on duty and off duty , and a man to see where all units are , useable to keep track of everyone on scene and responding to scene

This is a great app and it does its job for the most part. However, I cannot communicate back through the app with the response buttons which kinda defeats the purpose of the app. Please fix this issue so this app can get 5 stars from me. Thank you.

I would like to see Google Maps incorporated with this app if possible.. As soon as you respond on the app it’ll take you to the address posted.. I think it would be a great idea..

The recent update has made the app not like it used to be. When you would get a page and listened to it you used to be able to swipe back to the history page now it doesn't do that and when you click the back button it takes you straight to the command screen for responses! Can we fix this issue please and thank you. Otherwise this is a great tool.

The iPhone X has been out for almost a year. Please make an update fixing iPhone X screen size compatibility! Love the system otherwise.

Every since the last update, I no longer receive tone outs on the app. Instead I receive text messages. Text messages don’t wake me up in the middle of the night! Redownloaded the app and it says my phone # is not in the system BUT I’m getting the texts just fine??? Something is wrong.

The last update for the iPhone screwed up the app. It won't let me see who is responding and I can no longer listen to the page that went out. Before the new update the app was awesome! Can you please change it back?
