Mobile deposit has been down for over a month forcing me to go to a new bank. Also after system update my wife and I lost all access to our accounts and the service team could care less. Unacceptable and unreliable expecting us to come into the bank to fix a problem that they created.
I enjoy having this app so I can easily check my account balances. Thanks for making it so easy.
Does not support Zelle. Other banking apps have Zelle capabilities in app.

I appreciate that you have an app but it’s not intuitive and it’s too difficult to navigate. Take a look at other banking apps and use them as a template. Ex. Capitol One’s app is very easy to know what to do.
