App

The app hasn’t been working right. I have to log in several times over and over to even see account balance.

Chat Support

Since the new app update the chat support never loads and won’t let you use it!

App often down

The app goes down all the time so that you can not transfer money or check your balance. It seems that they do app maintenance in the middle of the day when people would need to access their app instead of night time like what would make sense.

Horrible App

The credit union is fine. The app is horrible! Constantly showing we can’t display your accounts at this time.

Horrible mobile check deposit

I’ve used this app for years and had no problems with mobile check deposit. Suddenly they changed the mobile deposit section of the app, and it is much more difficult and unpleasant to use. There are no benefits for FC app user members - maybe the new system saves someone time, but it’s deeply frustrating for everyone else. Please make changes!

Ugly but stable all

This app is great for getting you quick info and transferring money from accounts. My only complaint is since on iOS 18 Apple removed old widgets from the widget view. Can you please make a new version of the widget? It was my favorite way to quickly check my balance without having to open the app. THANK YOU

Online banking app

I love how I can check my balance or account activity with little effort and top security. Easy to use and mantience hours are agreeable with user friendly time frames. No complaints.

Best bank and great app!

I highly recommend downloading their app if you are a member. Out of all the banks I’ve been with, FCCU is by far the best.
