Pathetic customer care service
I experienced the worst experience ever. I placed an order on 28th July 2024 which was expected to delivered on 01/08. It was my nephew’s birthday on 4/08/24. And he had not received it yet. Contacted the customer care service many times. But they are not bothered to reply. They can send only the template emails. Ridiculous. Lazy people, or maybe don’t know how to write an email response and working in customer care. Shameful. It’s been 15 days now. But no action has taken. No call received rather than the automated call. They have received their money that’s why not bothered at all.
Whats wrong with their app
Why your app is so slow.. we clicked on something else and other product keeps opening. When I go back it took me out and again I need to do search..most of the time it behaves like that. You have so many nice products but please focus on improving your app and make it more user friendly.
Very easy to buy. Equally harder to reach someone when needed
I’ve ordered few books from the app. The order completed but delivered partially. I’ve raised a complaint. Three days later they closed it with no explanation. App is intelligent enough to not allow second complaint on the same order. No customer service number to call. So after few minutes the bot finally raised a new complaint. And said to view the updates in view my complaints section in chatbot which I tried but couldn’t find after 30 min and gave up. Hope someone looks into this and makes it easier for us to find.
Products undelivered but status shows Delivered!!!
Not once, this is second or third time, I have to chase after my prepaid products. Delivery boy calls on Sunday saying they shall deliver on Monday/Tuesday, but never show up and they put the status as “Delivered” Whatta nice service!!!
Ripping customers
Very unpredictable and not to trust upon website. Always produce fake coupons and vouchers, after applying there is only penny discounts and to my surprise I have to pay 1000 more after applying the coupon. Please beware and stay away from such crap. Save your money. Trust me.
Refund
Refund is a headache!
