An amazing App and a very good option for customers of FirstTrust Mortgage Bank PLc. In the mortgage bank sector I think this App is rated topmost, however if they can improve the following the App would standout 1. Loan customers can’t view loan balances and can’t access loan statement - the loan account should be incorporated into the App 2. The connectivity to modern platforms like Paystack etc should be improved as transfer between both often fails. 3. Purchase of airtime and payment for utilities has to be improved or worked on 4. Reversal of failed transactions must be instant and not exceed 24 hours. most times one would have to call the customer care before reversals on failed transactions are carried out. If the points raised above are worked on the App would compete favorably the even DMBs
