App couldn’t find the e watch at the beginning. I went to the app found the help section- Often asked questions found the solution— simply go to the phone settings—Bluetooth— disconnected e watch and then go to app to search it will be paired instantly!

This app is terrible and useless, the data can”t be accessed by Appl Health.

I just received the watch this 3/23/23 and the app is not finding the watch after pairing the app to Bluetooth. The app finds everything else around but not the e-watch. So, after searching for help in google and failing, the watch is just sitting there and I will be deleting the app from my phone. This is disappointing and sad. When you know that your product is crap why bother selling it and have bad reviews ? You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Super easy to set up, to charge, I loved it the battery lasts forever and it’s almost as good as an Apple Watch! I love it!

When I first charged this up, it was so nice. All the options gave me all the info I expected. Then it quit counting steps, sleep, calories burned and miles. The blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen still continue, but nothing I have tried in the app or synchronization part have changed that. So, for aporox2 to 3 weeks, I have no count on any of this. Is there a solution?

All in all it works well, have no trouble connecting it to Bluetooth or anything. My only trouble is it no longer tracks my steps, it tracks everything else though. Is there some number I can call or some website? TIA!

Impossible to keep it connected long enough to update watch to app. Pretty much worthless.

This app is nothing like the tutorials on YouTube They have same watch .. but app is totally different and the watch is nothing like they said it would be . Waste of $$ ., couldn’t set the date or time.. doesn’t have a phone setting., tried to use messaging but the word “null” comes up.. and the music ., it turns on only on my phone ., guess you guys get rich off of swindling consumers and making them think they are getting something proper …

This is just something that’s cheap and never gonna work right!!!!! Can’t even set time total waste.the beast128lt
