Crashes on start up, doesn’t recognize internet connection _ unusable

When can you make the app more stable? Crash three times when I was watching a video!!!!!

Crashes immediately...please fix bugs asap

Can’t even log in. What is the point. You pay all this money for the course just to have this garbage

Absolutely shocking app. Never loads or log’s in, constantly says get in touch with the help desk who can’t provide any solutions other than uninstall and reinstall. Log onto the website completely fine

App has the potential to be good… if it ever worked. Support is not on hand, just being told to reset password or redownload, but neither work. Not great when your exams are around the corner.

Notwithstanding the fact that I do like the fitch content and have passed exams with their learning, the app is horrendous. It often doesn’t allow you to log in, and when it does, the app will crash often and is extremely buggy. The app needs a redesign badly. The website is fine for what you need but it would be nice to have a reliable app for learning on the go. My rating is based on the app itself as opposed to fitch content.

When trying to log in to the app I just get a warning message stating they have a problem with the server, no good at all

Can’t log in using the credentials that I use on the website. Re-set option is for the password only, not the username.

Can’t get into it most of the time, despite resetting password over and over. Login works fine on the web portal but this app won’t let me in
