I have noticed that your app so far is working very strong and the Battery Life seems to be very strong which is very important very good for the smart watch device, keep it up, I just hope the band will last for a long time. And that you offer a replacement for free if it should brake. Thanks. And all the other things the smart watch offers is great keeping track of many things. So far I love it. Keep in touch with me. So far it offers more than the Fitbit. And I hope to see it last much longer. I first started with the Fitbit. I need a very good watch, I had a very serious operation and I could have died, and Fitbit helped me. But now I am relying on the Fitdock. To take me through. As I continue to Step out. And much more, I need your help and support. I was offered a free Fitbit every two years. But that was ended. That was very wrong. But I believe better with your Smart watch. Freddy.

App stopped recording my workouts a couple weeks after I got watch. Might as well get an Apple Watch

I love this watch for many reasons but I also have a few things I don't like. First off let me say I had a Fitbit for years before I got this one so that's what I have to compare to it. This watch was MUCH less expensive, like I could've bought 5 of these to match the cost of one Fitbit. I love the price, I love that I can choose a background photo for my watch face! I love how easy the watch is to use, the set up is easy, the band and the watch itself seem like equal quality to a Fitbit, and the battery lasts long and it charges very fast. I love that I can get my texts and other notifications on it when I'm away from my phone. Now the main complaints of this- the watch part itself is very big for a woman, so it slides to the side a lot no matter how loose or tight I keep the band. But the one thing that is super important but doesn't work well is tracking your sleep. I am a good sleeper and paid attention to my sleep times and wake times with my Fitbit and they were almost always accurate unless my watch was too tight or if I slept weird or woke up a lot. This watch almost every single night tells me I went to bed at 2 or 3 instead of 11:00 so it never takes accurate sleep data. One last thing I don't like about this one is it won't keep all your data stored. It will keep like a weeks worth and then delete it whereas with Fitbit it would keep all your data forever for free. As long as sleep tracking isn't that important to you, and you're not a super tiny wristed woman, I'd say this watch will be great for you!

Sleep portion measures odd, wish there was a find my phone option

I purchased the watch on a whim after my Apple Watch finally died. $20 regular with $7 off. Figured it was worth a shot. For how cheap the watch feels so far so good. I wouldn’t say it’s data is 100% accurate but it’s pretty close to previous recorded data from similar activities. The watch app could be better. The app doesn’t really show everything the watch can do. If you forget to log a workout on the watch there isn’t a section in the app to add a workout or see what workouts are recognized. Also you have to remember to sync the watch to the app daily for results. Although connected with Bluetooth it is not auto updating. The watch gallery is inaccessible. I always have a “No internet connection” message when trying to view different faces despite having an internet connection/ plugging the watch into a computer with internet. I touch brand definetly did the app better but this is so far worth the price.

Its a good watch but I can’t access the watch gallery it keeps saying my internet connection is not connected when it is. If the gallery worked then this would be a 5 star review.

Since getting this I haven't been able to sync my watch because the website keeps saying the server is down for a week straight.
