Their app doesn't work and the RMs they encourage you to go for longer plans by scamming and when you complain that their app doesn't work and ask for refunds, they say we don't refund. They even say that you didn't ask us whether we refund or not! Full SCAM even my review on their app got deleted. Their Relationship manager is all about how to fix the app she is not fixing my issue. Its my hard earned money and I have every right to ask for it back if I haven't use any services from them. When I asked them to connect me with MAC she said there is a one month waiting and when I messaged him personally he blocked me. Kudos to the services. Reviews are bought by them.

I have been doing weight loss with fitelo from past 4 weeks. I have reduced around 5 kgs in 1 month. My dietitian Dr.Razia Sultana Begum, helped me throughout the process. She would check on me every week regarding my weight loss goals and how I’m doing it. She designed my diet chart in a way so that I don’t have to do a lot of cooking but at the same time eat healthy protein packed meals with ingredient's which are available at home. My clothes fit better now and I’m feeling lighter. My goal is to lose another’s 5 kgs in next month. I would recommend fitelo to any one who wants help in their weight loss or looking for a healthy lifestyle journey.

Worst Fitelo .. I don’t recommend to anyone it’s just a wastage of money .. Once they want to add you to the plan they were very sweet but once you took the plan they become the worst they don’t Understand the situation of their customer don’t even try to accommodate.. I tried few weight loss programs but they are the worst of all in customer service as well as their management sucks .. I didn’t take diet for three months due to some health issue they did pause my plan but add those days also in my plan .. so I didn’t take diet still paid for that .. it’s sucks it’s stupid .. hate it don’t want to recommend it to anyone 😏

She make sure to give me simple and easy recipes home-cooked meal options that was easy to maintain during my journey as a mother of two busy working mom I never thought I could do this my self Fitelo Make this happen am Sticking to this life style listen up no supplementals were taken this was truly simple home cooked meals that were consumed and easy to make. Highly recommended. Thank you
