I subscribed for 6months.. and I very much love it. Today will be my 9th day using the app. Actually I don’t have a problem from day 1-8, but now there’s a bug on the video. The video is not showing every time I started the daily exercises and challenges. I am using iphone 12 pro max. Please help me fix the bug so I can resume my workout. Thank you so much.

I’ve been using this app for 1 and a 1/2 months, and a couple days ago it started giving me a gray screen when I tried to open the workout and then the next day it just completely erased ALL my progress to include my calendar and challenge progress. I paid 40 bucks for this, not worth it. If your app can’t even consistently track progress, then what is the point? It started me from the beginning with easier workouts that are not doing anything for me because I already have almost 2 months of workout progress. I’m very unhappy and I want my money back.
