I’ve used this on and off for several years now - it’s intuitive to use, has embedded videos that are very helpful, and connects to the Apple Health app. No complaints, highly recommended!

Feeds the instruction videos straight to you, logging is free, and just a really good option to follow the Reccomended Routine from /r/BodyweightFitness
The best app I’ve found for doing the Reddit recommended routine. It has an overall timer for how long the workout has been going, it has custom timers that operate within that timer, and each exercise can be punctuated by a quick timer. It gives you your progressions in the form of skill trees, which is really cute and motivating. The whole app is intuitive to use. Two things that could make it better: 1.) graphs! I’d love some alternate ways to visualize my progress. 2.) being able to edit existing workouts instead of having to make an entirely new one. The RRR defaults the Copenhagen planks to repetitions when it should be measured in seconds.
This app makes it super easy to follow the current iteration Reddit’s recommended routine. Simple, nice design, user friendly, uncomplicated. Has other routines as well, plus videos of each exercise and progression.
This app does everything I need to keep track of my workouts. I got it to walk me through the r/bodyweightfitness Recommended Routine, although the app would work for any routine, and I was very pleased with how easy it was to configure each exercise’s progression and how the app includes rest timers to keep me on track. Being able to pull up an ad-free YouTube video showing the workout I’m about to do was incredibly useful. It is very intuitive and convenient. I decided to subscribe so I can log my workouts and visually see how far I’ve come—it definitely helps to motivate me to show up when I’m having an off-day so I don’t break my streak. If you are new to bodyweight fitness and the recommended routine I would HIGHLY recommend using the free features of the app to get you started.
i don’t use the app anymore but it was useful for me at one time (along with the website). i just had the app chilling on my phone for a while and went to open it a few months ago. can’t remember what i did, but ever since then it crashes on start and continues to do so.
This app sends information to Google. The privacy statement, which says “Data Not Collected,” is misleading.
I for the most part like it. The only thing I wish it had was an easy way (I haven’t figured out how yet) to add in your own exercises. Other than that this app is awesome, and what’s there is more than enough for what I do
Great app that makes working out so much more approachable. The video demonstrations are perfect for when you’re doing any exercise for the first time.
Please add calorie sync to apple health app. My kcal still shows 0 despite completing a workout.
