Love the app and when I first used it, told me that if I joined premium I got a couple more apps and I downloaded them and the next day, my subscription went over to those apps so I pay $10 a week in total for all of them together and I love them all but the mental health app won’t recognise that I paid for the subscription? The fitness app said that it comes with the mental health app why won’t it say I already have paid for the subscription?
This app helped me lose 2 kg, the only bad thing is that when you connected it with health it didn’t update my steps
I used my (free week) to use the app I canceled my subscription after 10 minutes still got charged $8 I want my money back
I think that this app is really good And it’s free
This will probably get taken down but I seriously recommend the Yuuka Sagawa workouts and the Emi Wong workouts on YouTube!!! It’s free and effective
To be honest it’s not the absolute best iv had t for about 5 weeks and haven’t lost anything plus you to have to pay for it....

I found it on snap and wanted to try it out but the only problem is that they do t promote it to cost money which is bad cause as soon as u see to have the full plan you need to pay it just is an app on your device that you don’t use and also for the meal planning it should have option of what food you like and not like for example I’m allergic to seafood but it doesn’t give me an option
All I want to do is build arm muscles, and the only 2 options available is boxing and yoga. Punching air won’t do anything dude.
