Love going to the gym. Everything is always clean and the employees are so helpful and nice. 🥰🥰🥰

Why give us the option the change our home location via app but we can only change at the location we wanting to change too? Also, my workouts never sync correctly. I have to close out the app to refresh it multiple times then wait like 10-15 minutes for it update and show.

This app is ok, with the exception of its unreliability. The function to open your gym tag barcode is very broken. This becomes extremely annoying when you just want to go to the gym, and can’t pull up your tag. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app while standing next to the front desk way too many times….

In comparison to the other gyms I visited, Fitness Connection has more to offer. I especially like the sauna where I am able to warm my muscles before my workout. In addition, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I had a membership at one of the other establishments and cancelled because of how much more FC had to offer. I’m very happy with my decision to get a membership here! LadyT

yall should add a feature where it shows you how busy the gyms are! other than that great app!

They say you can cancel anytime, as long as you drive to the gym and cancel there, that or you sit in a 15 min call waiting for your turn to cancel. I suppose its so people will be encouraged to not leave and stay working out, but in my case im managing my finances. its such a huge inconvenience to not be able to cancel in the app.
