The app is very slow, always going back to branch that starts from A after you booked visit at your branch which is very inconvenient. There is not reminder for the bookings.

Please add/fix - Integration with Calendar so that booked classes can be added from app itself - Fix resetting the branch chosen for bookings. Sometimes resets to default or random branch, users have to re-choose required one.

التطبيق اقل مايقال عنه سيء ، فجأة يقرر من نفسه انه يطلعني ويرفض اسم الدخول وكلمة السر واضطر اني اعيد انشاء كلمة السر!!! هذا الشي يصير مع الاسف في كل مرة افتح فيها التطبيق!

نادي يعاملك فوق الممتاز اذا اشتركت مع مدرب خاص فقط واذا خلص الاشتراك معاد يهتمون فيك المشكلة الان اشتركت بالنادي القريب من منزلي وتم اغلاقه ووعود باسترجاع المبلغ وتم رفع شكوى لاكثر من جهة واكثر من طريقة ومماطلات وبكمل سنة وباقي يوعدونا

انا مشتركة ٤ شهور عليهم شهرين واحد متجمد و مش عارفين يشغلوا التطبيق لي و لا اعرف اسجل للحصص و الطاقم غير متعاون

تطبيق سيء ويتم اجبار المشتركين على تحميلة للدخول للصالة اتمنى من الجميع عدم التعاون معهم

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Anissa work, professionalism and her amazing , open and charming personality. It is an amazing combination that always helps to achieve the best results. Also when you love what you do you can’t do it half-heartedly it’s a great teamwork and friendship we have already during 3 months. When I started training with Anissa I had already lost most of the weight, but now the task was much more difficult. I needed to build muscle and shape my body. This required professionalism, delicacy, dedication, precise selection of loads and nutrition( no cheating) 😂 I saw the result after one month, even though she said it’s still early but my body started to change . Fat mass decreased and muscles became more prominent I really wish that everyone who reads this review will become her clients. You won't find a better coach. An individual approach based on your goals and personality. it's simple: she asks , I follow

Clunky app overall - gym locations don’t show sometimes - booked classes should always be visible and be locked in the calendar - one should be able to set a preferred location so that one doesn’t have to start over every time

Not showing information even how to freeze the membership Useless staff - useless app This company not trying to improve their services If you send some complaint email they will never reply
