I downloaded to track my work outs but wasn’t able to add exercises and the app lacks basic exercises.

been loving this app for months now the premium is welll worth it and very cheap. one small thing that would make me 5 star this. if i leave a note for a particular exercise, i think it should display without having to go into the note section? maybe very small written above or beneath. even better if it displays for “last workout you left this note” and shows for the next time you perform that exercise. thank you!

Simple but complex enough to create everything you need and track your progress. Max reps and weights get carried forward. Can be overwhelming at first to create your templates. I recommend writing it down on a paper then create the templates for your workout.

It’s the perfect simple workout tracker, nothing more nothing less, makes it super easy to progressively overload

Easy to use. Love it!!

I used to track my weightlifting with pen and paper, but this app has been so helpful! I love that there’s a cooldown timer (that users can set themselves) for each exercise within a workout, so I don’t have to switch between apps. Love this app so much!
