Never ever use this app, totally a scam.

App has lot of technical bugs unable to upload my profile photo, Hi experience also not up to the mark.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using the fitness app called Fitternity, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did it fail to deliver on its promises, but it also put my kid's fitness goals on hold and caused unnecessary stress. Here's why Fitternity deserves a negative review: First and foremost, Fitternity's primary purpose is to connect users with gyms and fitness centers in their vicinity. However, in my case, Fitternity failed miserably in fulfilling its commitment to pay the amount for my kid's three-month gym membership. Despite my kid purchasing the membership through the app, Fitternity did not follow through with the payment to the gym. As a result, my kid was denied access to the gym and was unable to avail of the daily workouts as promised. The lack of communication and transparency from Fitternity's customer service team was another major disappointment. After discovering the issue, I tried contacting their support multiple times, but I received no response. It's extremely frustrating when a company refuses to acknowledge and address their customers' concerns, especially when it pertains to an essential service like fitness. Furthermore, Fitternity's app interface is cluttered and confusing. Navigating through the app to find relevant information or resolve issues is a daunting task. It feels like the app was hastily put together without considering user experience and functionality. Basic features, such as updating payment details or canceling a membership, are unnecessarily convoluted, adding to the overall frustration of dealing with Fitternity. In terms of reliability, Fitternity falls flat on its face. The app promises to provide seamless access to various fitness facilities, but my experience was far from seamless. Instead, it caused unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time. It's disheartening to see a fitness app that claims to promote a healthy lifestyle failing to fulfill its basic obligations and negatively impacting my kid's fitness journey. To sum it up, my encounter with Fitternity has been nothing short of a disaster. From the failure to pay the gym for my kid's membership, the lack of communication, the confusing app interface, and the overall unreliability, Fitternity has proven to be a waste of time and money. Please don’t spend your money on this app. They cheat you by looting the money from you and not paying the money to the gym. I paid the membership fees on the app but the gym didn’t receive any payment from Fitternity and I was not given access to the gym. Their customer support is a scam. They are least bothered about people’s hard earned money

Not able to resolve issues in 30 days

I am a One pass red user who registered for an online fitness session. I received a link for joining, but the host never started the session at the selected time. Furthermore, the app stopped showing any online sessions all together, which makes the pass completely useless, since I got it for home workouts. Finally, despite trying to reach out via app, WhatsApp and call to support time, I never received a response. Recommend everyone not to get the one pass or even download this app.

I have booked trial class and gym membership through the app before but neither of the times any update was sent to me through email or sms. The app profile doesn’t show the current booking either. I had no booking acknowledgment to show to the centre people. Only when I connected through Twitter someone whatsapped me and resolved the query. Also had to remind for the freebies- the bottle was ok but the bag is of terrible quality and was torn within a couple of months. Gyms usually dislike when you book through fitternity and not directly, which is awkward.

I have subscribed to Fitternity one pass in June 2022 which was a 1 year membership, somehow I don’t see that in my active subscriptions in the app and asked to pay for a session. There is no lead in the app to contact customer care as well.

I have bought the one pass red membership. It says unlimited booking but doesn’t allow me to book more than 1 class in a day. In addition, the details are not updated as per the gym. For e.g., - the workout booked through the app and the workout mentioned at the gym are different. - the gym is under renovation but it is not updated in the app - to book a session, we have to call the gym and then confirm Cult app is 100x better than this.

Hi team i have calling and mailing seens i have booked the membershipm i have paid for 3 month mistakenly for that gym and i was servching near by my location plz do the need full and refun the amount i have gone throg the refund and cancelltion police i have marked the mail within 1 hr time till now no one contacted me its worst as i am unable to call u guys and no response to mails also m not going refer to anyone else
