The app has broken: I spend 5 minutes filling out the form; and each time I submit, it loads for a while and then tells me something went wrong. Waste of time and completely useless app now. Very frustrating.

Not very useful when it doesn’t even submit properly

I’ve been trying to report an issue for a few days now. The app just returns “an error has occurred” and tells me to ring them. Typical WCC.

The new version 5 appears to only wrap a web form. This does look nicer overall and I'm sure is easier to maintain, but lacks important features like remembering contact details. This makes filing reports take twice as long. Not a good experience.

They’ve removed the ‘know streetlights’ links Could have added a ‘known issues nearby’ to the map so duplicates aren’t logged and we both save time. They’ve removed the baseline ‘remember me’ feature so that I need to use the autofill each time. When you select the ‘service type’ on an iPhone, it picks the option changing the subsequent option, but covers the next field/half the screen and UX is awkward to clear Just a website reformat that doesn’t fit the mobile experience

Spent time entering details and adding photos to describe my issue, then when I click submit, I get an error message and it won’t go through. Useless waste of time!

Can’t review my reports. I will submit same report every day until I get a response.

Please fix the map/addrsss search. Just allow us to drop a pin where the issue is. Currently I have to go Google Maps app to find address, then write address into Fixit, then progress.

Does not work at all. I fill out all the fields and try to submit, but it keeps erroring saying some fields aren’t filled out - which is because it has since lost the information I just filled out. I try to fill out the fields again and resubmit, but it just loses some of the filled out fields again.

App is pretty basic and could do with some work. Functional though. Recommend - suggest a location based on photo metadata - ability to drag a pin for precise locations - required contact details align with website (app requires more) - keep track of your submissions, and outcomes in the app (not just that is has been reported to the right department, but when resolved)
