What is FixMyStreet?
FixMyStreet is an internet and mobile platform made available to the public and the authorities to report incidents in public spaces within the Brussels-Capital region.
It is, more specifically :
- An aid to locating and describing problems.
- A tool that informs the public and the authorities at each key stage in the resolution of the incident.
The application permits you to quickly signal an incident with your cellphone. With it, it is easy to localize the incident, take a picture and send it to the key authorities.

Which incidents can I report?
An incident is a deficiency in the public space.
The following types of incidents on roads, green spaces, cycle paths, bridges, tunnels and pavements are covered:
Subsidence
Debris/Abandoned objects
Public lighting
Fountains
Worn markings
Street furniture
Planting
Water collection
Degraded surface coating
Signs
Holes
etc.
Who manages this application ?
FixMyStreet is an initiative of Brussels Mobility in collaboration with the municipalities and Brussels partner institutions.
The website and the mobile application were developed and are maintained by Paradigm (Brussels Regional Informatics Centre).
The original idea was inspired by MySociety's FixMyStreet.
The project was implemented and adapted for the Brussels-Capital Region by Paradigm using the Open Source code of the fixmystreet.ca project of visiblegovernment.ca.

App super mais aucun suivi
L’app est super, très fluide et facile à utiliser. Possibilité de faire des signalements anonymes. Malheureusement, le suivi n’est pas assuré par les services de voirie : ticket clôturé sans intervention ou transmis à Bruxelles-Propreté mais sans d’autre suivi… En conclusion, on a l’impression de perdre notre temps. Obligé de mettre 1 étoile pour espérer que mon avis soit transmis et responsabilise les services de voirie à traiter correctement les tickets…

Hangs when adding more pictures
Hangs when adding more pictures. I tried uploading 3 or more and the app hangs.
App freezes - cannot signal an incident
On a few occasions try to report something and the app just freezes up, unable to click signal an incident. Have to delete and reinstall the app.

Super utile pour Bruxelles et déclaration de pb sur voirie
Super ce pratique à utiliser pour declared - pour suivi c’est moins bien car envoyé par e-mail -
Ne fonctionne plus
Après des années de « bons et loyaux services » et régulièrement utilisée, l’app s’ouvre mais refuse l’encodage d’un nouvel incident
iOS 14.1
L’application ne fonctionne pas sur IOS 14.1. Vous comptez faire un updated bientôt ? Sinon super app , je m’en sert souvent et la réaction des communes est rapide et efficace.
Leuk doel, maar crasht continu
Ik krijg de app gewoon niet meer open. Crasht onmiddellijk bij het opstarten.
