If an event organiser lists false times on the event page and it causes you to be turned away at the door, Fixr will refuse to refund their fee to you despite knowing your loss was solely the event organisers fault.
If this happens to you, you will need to contact support and threaten to get your bank involved otherwise you will not get your money back.
Do not listen to the nonsense the customer support throw at you to try and get you to go away.
This is what happened to me and it’s put me right off using Fixr anymore.

Just scammed me out of over £30 for Chepstow races as I never received an email detailing the wristband pickup
Crashes and not user friendly
Crashes for popular tickets and hard to find them in the first place
Good when it works
Overall it does what it’s supposed to, with your tickets showing up at the top of the main home page. However, the app often gets stuck on a black screen resulting in me having to reinstall it every time. Very frustrating with no obvious fix, hopefully will be fixed soon.

No contact when requesting a refund
I purchased 3 tickets for an event which was cancelled. I have sent 3 emails and messages which all have had no response from anyone. Absolute shocking treatment for a customer not only have I lost money but they can’t even be bothered to reply to you emails and messages
Best discovery site
I love this app. It makes mine and my friends life so much easier. When we want to do something we just click on our location and tons of options come up. Can never go wrong with FIXR to be honest.
Refund from technical fault.
This company refused to give a refund when in their terms and conditions it states that refunds will be issued if there is proof of their fault. I have screenshots to prove this and i received awful customer service. Do not use.
