Won’t find device
I have tried everything to pair the device and it can’t find it. It just continues to give me the message “connect device”

Thanks for fixing the crashing issue with 2.0.1. Glad to be able to sync my device again with the app!
The watch doesn’t connect to the app so what good it the app?
Using app version 2.0.0 and iOS 13.1.3 and using iPhone X. Every time open the app it crashes since the last update. Help page is not in English.

As soon as the app opens and tries to connect to the watch it crashe. It is not worth the time unless it is fixed.
So disappointed! Can’t pair the watch with the app. App crashes as soon as it opens before the watch can pair. If the Bluetooth is off the app works just fine but it’s unable to pair with the watch! Waste of money unless the app is fixed.
As i was trying to connect my device the app would crash . I only get past the profile screens and then crash upon crash
App in no good if you can’t use it. It won’t stay open. As soon as it opens, 2 seconds later it shuts down. Can’t even get it to sync with watchitude activity tracker. Pls fix. Says it’s compatible with iOS 8 and above. Not the case.
Since the last update and last iOS 13 update that app crashes every time is opened and my band is not connected with the app.
