Flagstop Car Wash

This app doesn’t even work. I tried over and over to verify my phone number it doesn’t work

I receive emails from Flagstop on a regular basis as a monthly member. Imagine my surprise when I go for a carwash at 4 pm on a nice day and ALL the local washes are CLOSED!! I live @45 minutes away from the nearest location so I wasted a trip for nothing! When I reached out to corporate, I got 'so sorry' but no offer to make it right. And effective in January, they are raising the monthly rate. Guess I'll be taking my business to a closer carwash that is open 24/7.

Please update the app ASAP, app crashes whenever you try to add or edit a vehicle, and there’s no website to use as a substitute.

1) goto locations, tap any location icon, app crashes 2) add a car, shows image, no controls, no way to add an image, or (duh) just enter the make, model and year. 3) sign out, in main menu, crashes app. Is there a login process at all? No password? How secure is the personal info I entered in my profile? I’m not entering my card info until I see a working app. Looks like to me, this app is only good for redeeming the free car wash they seem to give you when you sign up. Btw, tested on iPad, maybe it works on iPhone... yep, that’s it. It works on my iPhone X. Ought to warn the iPad user so they don’t think your app is futzed. iPhone bugs 1) location, tap any location icon, shows Apple Maps only, does not show google maps which is also installed. And since it only sees one map app, why display the list at all? Otherwise, pretty good so far. Maybe tomorrow I will try to redeem that free wash.

App would be super useful if it actually worked. Crashes every time you try to schedule detailing.
