The worst online shopping experience
I shop a lot online and I should say this store gave me a lot of unnecessary stress: - Firstly the stock on the site / app is a mess: some items are marked as out and back in stock over a day. I ordered several items and a day or two later they informed me that one of the item is out of stock - got back my money in a couple more days so I got my funds frozen for several days because they can’t be sure if they really have an item; - Secondly their site / app is misleading: they say they have the shoes listed in UK sizing which is what you’d expect from a UK store / site / service, but when I ordered a pair in size marked (in my order) as “10 (US11)” they’ve sent me a pair in US10 (talking about Visvim shoes) simply because it has large “10” sticker on it (with small letters saying “US sizing” - you can search online for Visvim shoe box stickers). So they don’t bother checking what they pack or update their site (that it’s US size and not UK as you say or update the stock). Be very careful when ordering something in merely unusual sizing grid - not sure what they would send you! - Finally - their customer service is absolutely non existent and awful! It takes DAYS to get a reply via email and the most stressing is that they don’t seem to even bother reading the info you provided: ask the same questions (what’s your order number? What’s the issue? Can you send the pictures?) even though you’ve already provided it all before! And the reply they give is just a scripted response: I still wanted to get a pair I ordered and asked them several times to check properly if they really had that pair in “10(US11)” cause they obviously sent a wrong one (“9(US10)”) but instead just got the standard reply “we’re so sorry about it you can return it”; A lot of nerves and time wasted, beware and stay away from this mess.
