Не работает, с платной подпиской перестал работать((. Первые 6 мес работал отлично! Написала разработчику, ответа нет и чат не работает

Не работает с оплаченной подпиской, писала на почту - нет ответа, если можете - исправьте ошибку и продлите подписку на 2 месяца, которые приложение не работает

The application stopped working!!! It doesn’t respond to the overgrown answer, it gives an ellipsis and that’s it. Subscription completed! what to do? This has been going on for weeks now! when will you fix it???

Первые пол года подписки работало без нареканий. На данный момент работает 50/50. Разработчик отвечает раз в пятилетку. Продлевать точно не буду

I’ve been using the app for a while. It used to be great, until all the sudden every response I get is in completely unreadable broken English. I mean to the point where they’re adding numbers within words, and words that are completely misspelled or words that don’t even exist. It’s completely ridiculous because I paid for premium, yet the responses I get are completely broken and unreadable. Here’s an example (word for word) of my last response: Question: “How does ethnicity, race, religion and culture impact a person’s self identity?” Answer: “Societalal such as, race religion, sexuality sexuality, powerful one’s identity. Perceived. One’s identity. Ethnicity race.one’s religion, can a sense of belonging and values for. It and how they are perceived by. All i see is a dotted line when ask for information and i paid for premium because it worked well
