FlasHOLR Driver is an on-demand app that provides three types of services:
1.Hauling; moving furniture, appliances, etc.
2.Point-to-Point Pickup; instant courier service
3.Road assistance; Vehicle Towing
Anyone can download the app, but to drive with us you must:
1.Upload your vehicle information and current documents for verification
2.Pass a background check
3.Add a Paypal email to receive payments
Drivers can be assisted by 1-2 additional helpers for Hauling services, but the helpers must be added to the account and pass background check prior to the first pick up.
Features:
1.You can receive customer requests within a 25-mile radius of your location or manually assignment from admin
2.Option to ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ requests
3.Chat box to connect with customer during active order
4.Loading/unloading timers to calculate labor cost
5.Check order history
6.Two-way review system; drivers and customers can rate each other on orders through the app
7.Directions from start to finish powered by Google Maps
8.Notifications through app for service requests and other reminders
9.Option to pick up and deliver alcohol beverages, with some restrictions applied and additional legal license required.
If an order is not accepted by a driver, it will automatically go to our admin team for manual assignment. A member from the admin team will reach out to you at the contact information provided.
