Was a useful app until the login stopped working a few months ago, looking at the comments seems like a common problem.

I have not been able to use the app for many months. The login always says “invalid username or password “ I have no trouble logging in on the website. Sure would be good if this got fixed.

The app stopped working so I deleted it and reinstalled. Now I cannot log in, says user id and/or password is incorrect. There is no password reset button. The “app support” button leads to the Wex website. Not even an email address to contact. Useless.

Get this fixed please just started showing up on mine. I deleted and re add the app but still nothing

Same problem. Can’t log into app. Just getting error messages. Please fix sooner than later. Now Esso is using the same app. How does that work for users that have a Shell & Esso fleet card?

Haven’t been able to log into the app for quite some time.

I get an error message when attempting to login to my Fleet SmartHub app. It’s been happening since the last update. I am able to login on the Shell Account Manager. What’s up?

The app is not working after the update Error is Response status code is unacceptable 401. I called the helpline and they said we will follow up but no ones reached out back.
