Cancellation charges
I canceled my flight and they send email that airline flight cancellation charges is $### and our cancellation charges is $50. Seriously… Flight centre charging for booking thats all right they are helping us but they are charging for cancellation charges after airline cancellation charges.🫠
Airline switch scam
Worst service I ever seen, I waited for 10 days for an “investigation” for booking a flight one month later than I requested. When I requested for a refund they let me wait for 10 days. Without any response. Then said that per airline policy they could not refund me or even give me credit.
Easy t use but not accurate
Easy to use but app basically is effectively only a booking app. It (1) does NOT allow user to change flights, so we still have to phone flight centre for that and (2) does NOT show updated flight changes / new itinerary that we changed through phoning Flight Centre.
Changes
Everyone needs to start reading the fine print legit says you can’t even change the flights so don’t be surprised that you will be left on hold. Book your flights properly???
Can’t select passengers
Forced update and now it’s useless. Go to select the passengers and there’s no option on an iPhone to select ‘done’- you can only click out of it, which leaves the flight search at one passenger only.

Why the App does not open? I have tried a few times install and uninstalled but it still not working!

Took forever to get the booking done, and in the meantime, the price went up substantially.
Best to book through
Would be even greater with the price comparison you can see online when you book, but I swear by flight centre
Such a disappointment, untrustworthy and dishonest
Don't trust them, they are such a big lier
