Ads removal confusion
I've downloaded it and purchased the "remove ads" option. However after a few days the ads are back and I'm prompted to purchase a subscription! So what was the original purchase intended for? The flight data quality is superb, however the app interface is poor. Finding a desired option is hard and non-intuitive.
Useless in Europe
Notifications are too late, no gate information, more info you get in google search

Bring back “where is my plane”
Love most everything about the app. But most recent update got rid of the convenient “where is my plane coming from” button to gauge if your flight will be delayed. Please bring it back!
Peace of mind
I use this app for myself and family. For example, I watch my elderly mother’s flight to and from home. I know I can’t contact her, but I’m able to see that the flight has gotten there safely. Thank you so much.
