The latest update seems to have introduced a bug. When “Bypass” mode ends, it starts counting “away mode” using the Flow Limit to switch into away mode instead of the Auto Away setting. Example after Bypass, water shuts off after 1 hour of no use instead of the 18 hours. Please fix that. Otherwise excellent app.

I have tried to connect the system over and over again. App constantly says “offline never seen online”. I have very strong home wifi signal. No ability to go to website and find a manual.

It’s easy to navigate and understand where I need to go to make the changes I need. Love it. Lot of assurance with this connection.

Would have given zero stars but factoring in hardware component. Could be worst software experience of my iPhone experience. Software does not automatically update forcing visit to App Store. When update applied forced to re- enter all credentials. Clearly whoever designed this is not a user of modern apps

Application is very buggy, slow and what it offers for the unit price tag is absolutely not worth a dime.

After a big plumbing leak I installed FloLogic to prevent a recurrence. I also got a big discount from my insurance company. So far it’s been perfect. Full control along with a great user interface. It’s all very intuitive from my perspective.

App seems to have a lot of quirks. Isn’t very responsive when you change settings from home to away. I have to do it 5-6 times for it to finally change to away. All in all, fairly disappointing. The 1” valve was over $1,500 and this app is as good as a year 2000 RC car.

I had an existing FloLogic that I added the app to in 2019. This is a second home for me, so remote access was awesome to have. The app keeps getting better and better. Highly recommended!!

Not sure if it needs an update but mine hasn’t been able to connect to the system in 3 months
