Touch ID never works despite my having it turned on. I always select “remember me” when logging in, but it never remembers my user name. The Touch ID is the thing that annoys me the most.

Touch ID never works despite my having it turned on. I always select “remember me” when logging in, but it never remembers my user name. The Touch ID is the thing that annoys me the most.
Very smooth & efficient. I would switch to using this account exclusively if the monthly account details labeled my purchases (such as “groceries” and “gas”) and allowed a drop down to select for purchase labels. This feature makes my budgeting especially simple at my Redwood credit union account.
When I try using the app after having logged in a few hours before, it says “timed out” and I have to force shutdown the app before being able login again. Can this please be fixed?
The app is challenging to use especially to set up mortgage payments.
The older version was much more clearer to understand and pay bills.
Extremely slow in general, hard to get photos to work, difficult to figure out how to endorse, and many pre-submit warnings that don’t ever get applied in fact. Overall unpleasant experience. Much slower than other banks. App in general is slow and unpleasant user experience

Whether a teller or customer service person, I always am treated cordially, efficiently and questions answered professionally.
Last year, we had a debit card compromised and Florence went out of their way to make the whole situation so much less stressful. They helped us in a unusual situation find an unusual solution that our other banks weren’t willing to do. Very grateful.
This latest version is finally useful and easy to use. Thanks! Keep up the good work!!
