Florida Blue

It doesn’t work. I have not been able to login using it. I end up using the browser. I am uninstalling it from phone. Not sure how it has a 4.8 rating.

FLBlue is amazing when it comes to wheat they provide in insurance, the app doesn’t work because it won’t let me login. I see that there are reviews from 2 years ago with the same issue and there was an update to the app only 3 weeks ago. May I ask what was updated if two years later we cannot login? Thank you devs!

Useless app and website. doesn’t matter which one, both times out.

I’ve had constant issues with trying to check my Rewards Card Balance. Now, for some reason, not only can I not check my balance, but my card won’t work. Even with over $250 (I DID contact Florida Blue support to saw my balance) on the card. I’ve never had an issue with using my reward card since getting it, but all of a sudden, I can’t use it for my copays!! So frustrating!! Just give us a DIRECT Website to check the balance rather than a link!!

Can’t understand why such a huge company can’t figure out how to make their app work. No matter how many times I update my password and select facial recognition, it never holds it and I have to log in again and again. At least I was finally able to log in. This needs to be fixed. It is beyond frustrating.

I have never been able to log in and access my cards digitally. This has been an ongoing issue since I’ve had it.

The app does not load correctly; I have problems logging in, and with the latest update it seems to be even worse. When I do login, I can’t stay logged in and in the past I’ve had messages waiting that I couldn’t access on the app. They need to find somebody who can really fix this because it’s not usable and it’s current version.

Login doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked since getting Florida blue insurance 6 months ago. Clearly they don’t care about customers accessing insurance information. Absolutely useless app.

The app won’t open after displaying a “middleware issue” and just spins. Terrible app.

This app is pathetic. It does not work at all. I can’t get on the app to pay my bill so after 2 days of trying they turn around and cancel you because you are late. Then they charge you an extra fee to get reinstated. Come October FloridaBlue is history. I’ll get insurance from someone else
