Flow: Meditate, Breathe, Relax

The guidance is incredible, the sound is crisp and clear, and the visual is beautiful. It’s my new wake-up routine!

I just love this app so much! Today I used Flow’s SessionBuilder to experience “Move into a new Flow” followed by “Positive Focus” right before a super important meeting and I really rocked it! I felt energised, on point and totally connected to the big group I met with via GoogleMeet. It was a breakthrough! It turned what could have been a challenge and stressful meeting into pure joy. This app lifts my spirits every day in a myriad of ways! Can’t recommend it highly enough!

After using for sometime , learning what I want, how long, music or not, putting sessions together, today I experienced a degree of calm and relaxing I really needed…as the sessions played, I found myself calming down and feeling a different flow of meditation. This is wonderful and the sessions help me to stick with it and give it the time I need to calm deeper within. Thank you!
