Flowers delivery - Myflowers

They don't deliver on time. I had an order that was supposed to be delivered before 3pm on 2nd of January 2025. After it didn't arrive, I had to call to ask for an update. They said it will arrive in 45 minutes. It's officially 3 hours past that call and they haven't picked up my call after that. I've called them more than 20 times, but still no answer. I would never buy from them again.

will not allow me to cancel my order, and also won’t allow my money back. i had entered the wrong address, they claimed i needed to contact them 30 minutes after placing the order to cancel it!?! absolutely pathetic and atrocious, DO BETTER!

Sent a false SMS telling me the flowers had been delivered which they later admitted over the phone had not, delivered the flowers late, chucked the flowers over the recipient’s gate a week after I’d initially ordered when recipient was not in and then refused to give a refund - this was all from one order…

it is a money fraud do not order on this application, you will not receive any order nothing

This company is an absolute nightmare. They failed to send pictures of the products before dispatching them, and I never even received my parcel. To make matters worse, they outright refused to issue a refund and had the audacity to demand an extra £15 for redelivery. The entire experience has been nothing but frustrating, infuriating, and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs—they are the worst I’ve ever dealt with!

you don't respect the delivery time, you're not serious

Had a text saying delivery as scheduled,however signed into the app and deliver details had changed to next day.Clicked on the cancel order tab and of course it doesn’t work.Was looking forward to seeing a big smiling face when I got home.instead just an empty vase.first and last time I use this app.

Terrible customer service, fail to reply to email inquiries take hours if not days to respond, I have ordered off this website before and been made to wait 3 times for my order to come. I have also chose a certain time slot for them to be delivered and even followed up in an email just to confirm, next thing you know I receive a text early hours in the morning it’s been sent off with the courier when I visually made clear to deliver them between the evening hours. When I tried contacting them to sort this issue out, no response has been given. Do not order from here disgusting customer service.
