I made an order from this app , and write special requirement and they ruined the surprise cause of bad communication and the order went with wrong colour , and when i call customer service the said sorry ! I dont recommend this company at all

FIX UR APP!!!!!!! I cant even add anything to the basket!!!!!

Week customer service team and they not reliable especially delivery team who can’t meet required delivery times.

The flower was old, and not worthy the price at all

You demand us to download the application to track the order,, but the application doesnt work and that has AN ORDER NOW page that doesn’t close and that directs us back to the website.. I NEED TO TRACK MY ORDER !!

Not recommended at all

They are disrespectful, unprofessional and not trustworthy. The have received a full payment of a valentines day gift and told me that they will deliver the order in 6 hours time span and they didn’t deliver the order in the mentioned span. Also their customer service is very bad as they didn’t answer any of many calls and at the end they ruined my day. I don't recommend them at all.

Nothing appears- no items :( I will try to delete and redownload but the interface needs an uplift upgrade for sure also

Placed my order 10 days ahead of the delivery day and on the delivery time they said they don't have the item bought.
