FlowSavvy: Auto-Scheduling

Die App bietet alles was man sich als Anfänger mit gewissen Standards nur wünschen kann. Ich habe lange nach einer To-do/time-blocking App gesucht, die im Grunde genau diese Funktionen bietet wie diese App hier (in der Pro Version). Die App ist jedoch sehr günstig im vergleich zu anderen Apps mit ähnlicher Funktionalität. Am besten gefällt mir die Möglichkeit Aufgaben in Zeitintervalle über die Woche hinweg aufzuteilen. Damit kann man seine Arbeitswoche effektiv planen. Eine Bitte hätte ich noch an die Entwickler: Bitte fügt noch eine Maximaldauer pro aufgeteiltem Intervall ein. Also wenn man z.b eine 8h Aufgabe hat, und eine Mindestbearbeitung von 1h angibt, dann terminiert er das ggf. als 6h an einem Tag und 2h am nächsten. Wenn man aber eine maximaldauer von 3h angibt, sollte er das auf mehrere Tage dann aufsplitten können. Das wäre super. Ansonsten mega zufrieden. Werde die App weiterempfehlen.

The app is awesome, I love it but the feature to “start” a task is not there and it causes my Task to keep rescheduling while I am doing it. This is pretty important so I can click start in the beginning and actually keep it in place. When I click pause then the rest can be split. I feel bad that my trial will run out before I get this feature so I could try it before I buy.

It does what its supposed to do in a nice and user friendly way. Its free to use as long as you want, what makes it great to test but pro functions are needed at some point. What i like the most: if you have any issues or problems, theres an option to contact the developers and they fix it within a really short time. Awesome! I‘d be ready to pay for the app, but the price is way to high, when planung to use it for multiple years.

It works well on both the web and mobile apps, but only with a reliable internet connection. Without it, you can’t open the app, view today’s schedule, or create or modify tasks. Additionally, the task list filter options are quite limited at the moment. Once these issues are resolved, I’ll happily give it five stars.

This is THE app I’ve been searching for having tried literally all automated task scheduling alternatives in the market. This app beats them all — having gotten most important yet simple things right. Great to see how it’s evolving and the support of the founder. For the first time, I feel like this is what I’ll stick with long term.

Ich habe stundenlang nach so eine App gesucht. Besonders, dass man to dos erstellen kann, und diese im Kalender von der App abhaken kann ist ein Gamechanger!! Viele andere Tools gehen davon aus, dass wenn man sich Aufgaben in den Kalender setzt und evtl. erinnert wird, man sie auch direkt macht. Bei FlowSavvy kann man jederzeit die Aufgaben neu planen!! Ach ich liebs!

Very simple and easy to use and inexpensive. I have the paid version. I tell the app everything I have to do and how long it would take to get done, the app gives me a schedule up to 8 weeks out (default 3 weeks. You have to change it in settings) It even has categories that you can make so that the app schedules your tasks only at certain times and days.

So many scheduling apps just add a bunch of features trying to be everything to everybody and end up looking like the homer car. This app gives a focused set of features that satisfy most people’s needs presented in a capably designed UI. Where it departs from familiar UI idioms — like where you can copy time blocks to different days of the week— it’s simple, intuitive, and well-considered. I’m quite impressed.

This app is game changing. It really helps reflow all of my tasks to fit my schedule. But if you are going to build for the apple ecosystem, why not make an apple watch app? It should only take a month of development max. I’ll give the 5th star once the Apple Watch feature is created.

I wish more people knew about this app. You cannot beat the price point. And better than Motion. Friendly to use on phone and the same in web. I have 2 wishes. If you can manage these, you would be perfect. 1. If you could set up dependencies for recurring tasks that would be amazing. (not that I’ve seen anybody else achieve this) 2. The option of viewing the schedule as a list would be great for small tasks that don’t take up a lot of room on the traditional view. If I could toggle between the 2 easily that would be ideal. Lastly, sometimes the algorithm doesn’t work perfectly. It will say a task can’t be completed, but I can see if things were rearranged it should work. I work around that by completing tasks and then auto-reschedule fixes itself. I realize these are very nit picky. You guys are the best there is out there. Thank you.
