If you have a Villo! or Cambio subscription, you’ll also find the nearest stations and complete your booking with a direct link to the native app.

Nice app, but work in progress
The app is convenient, the design is quite nice and intuitive. There are a few things missing though. It would be great to have the night taxi Collecto in the app, as well as the option to use day passes while using a bike or scooter. But it’s definitely going in the right direction.
Why?
The app is made by STIB but users cannot buy STIB tickets with the app. Even after all this time, this feature isn’t available. I can buy TEC, I can buy SNCB but I cannot buy STIB. Serious??! Belgian surrealism at its finest !
Three long years after last app usage
User data is kept 3 (three) years after last usage ?!?! May I ask why the app needs to keep my data for three years ? Instantly deleted. EU Digital App has no way to prevent this ?

Dienstregeling niet altijd correct
Vanavond mijn route van Sint-Guido naar Ninoofsepoort gepland via Floya en dat viel tegen. De bus die ik had moeten geven aan Jacques Brel, reed niet. Werd ook niet aangekondigd in de mivb-app, maar wel in Floya. Baseren jullie je op de officiële dienstregeling of op de realtime-gegevens? Want ik heb de app nog maar drie keer gebruikt en heb al twee keer een bus voorgesteld gekregen die niet reed…
Interface d’un autre temps
Le concept est très intéressant. Malheureusement, on sent que cette application a été pensée et désignée par une ancienne génération…
Correctif
Pourriez-vous, vérifier la compatibilité de votre application avec VoiceOver. Je ne parviens pas à confirmer mes choix lorsque lorsque je suis sur un bouton dans l’application. Celle-ci réagit correctement lorsque je désactive VoiceOver. Déjà merci.
Mobib on phone!
Forget about this app it does the same as google maps. We rather need mobib on our phone (NFC) and rid of the plastic cards!
Changer ce nom
Si vous voulez que l’on utilise l’app, changer le nom et mettez le nom des rues en Français ! Il y a plus de 90% des habitants de Bruxelles qui parlent le Français !
