My front door camera doesn’t work The panel I arm froze last night and no longer works! Terrible

Terrible app and even worse company. Don’t sign up for their service.

Bill pay hasn't worked in months and they do not respond to support requests.

The Fluent app is very user friendly and easy to use. Cameras pull up fast and you get live notifications. Very happy with the app and service.

Not what I’m getting 4 days I’ve requested my rep. Gil to contact me he has ent done so I expected better service twice I was on hold 45 minutes and25 minutes no one answered almost locking for a way to go back to my previous carrier V/R C.Lamar

Once they have you signed up their customer support is almost nonexistent. Their phone number has changed periodically. Their monitoring system is cheesy. They have especially poor customer service: the customer is always wrong. Avoid this company!

Very hard to connect with anyone for assistance.

This company came to our door to get a security system we feel into their trap and got it. It stopped working 3 years ago and they’re wanting to charge me to fix it. I tried to cancel the service rep said it was cancelled and then when we got billed again they told us we had to send a hand written letter in. And the service rep told us it was our fault for not reading the fine print. We’re going to get a lawyer because this is expensive and we’re being charged for an alarm system that doesn’t even work
