Update: I had an issue with the app the first time I paid for my premium service, but I wrote to the contact email, and they resolved my issue immediately. They have excellent customer service and technical support. I made the payment through a link I received in my email, but the username does not work in the app.
There is no way to cancel subscription.
This app is real cool, learn and enjoy.
I really wanted to give a try and use one week free trial. I have downloaded it and accepted exactly week ago on Monday early morning. So free trial supposed to end next Monday morning and they could charge me for the subscription. But they have charged me one day early and no refund. Scammers!!!!
Hi there ! I bought yearly subscription , but the app still offer me to buy it. I also doesn’t allowed me to use some features. Please , solve it or I have to cancel it. I noticed a thing , the lessons are locked but after a while they unlocking.
