SEARCH AND BOOK ON THE MOVE
Choose from more than 90 flydubai destinations, pay online or choose to pay later, check in online, download your boarding pass and save it to your mobile wallet to save time at the airport. You can also book with any of our codeshare and interline partners. All that and more is at your fingertips.
LOG IN FOR A MORE PERSONAL ONLINE EXPERIENCE
Are you a member of our rewards programme? Just log in to your account and start booking to earn and redeem your points. All your profile details will also be saved for a more personalized and seamless experience the next time you want to book through the app.

MANAGE YOUR TRIP
Check in to a flight, add passengers to a booking, change travel dates, cancel or upgrade a booking, add optional extras like baggage allowance or simply check a flight status. It’s all there.

Poor Interface with Lots of Bugs

When selecting country code for a phone number, United States (+1) shows up as +9. Adding a Skywards number always shows up as “incorrect”. Canadian flag is shown when listing United States as billing country.

Not sure why you have a separate admin fee and not to include all price on the ticket

NEVER FLY ON FLY DUBAI

Absolutely the worst service, hidden extra baggage fees, I couldn’t add an additional bag online, the system wouldn’t let me, I emailed & called them. They said I had to check the extra bag at the airport & there was no guarantee that it would get on the plane. In the end they charged me 270€ for the bag & said I was supposed to call them 24 hours before the flight. Their won’t be a next time. I wrote to them after the flight, they said it’s my fault for not calling them 24 hours in advance, when trying to check in. I could pay for a seat but not a bag and no where does it say to call them. This is the 21st century this should be handled on line. Every other airline lets you check In baggage on line. I travel nonstop, I’m a digital Nomad. Please do not give them your business. Outrageous baggage fees!! Never again
