I do not like the new app. It does not have the features I’ve come to love. It’s very confusing when the old one was very clear to see the total of all my accounts at a glance. Also I can’t see my totals once a payment has come out like I could before. Very disappointment with new app and frustrated.

Such a great service from a great bank.

This app is essential to have and saves you plenty of time to make transfers and check your bank account online, without having to go to the bank.

I haven’t been able to use the app in almost two weeks; I keep getting error code 0014. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that didn’t fix the issue. I really don’t know what the code means either and haven’t found any information about it.

It doesn’t work. It’s completely broken I still have to use my password.

I’ve been having issues with this app for the past 9 months. Face ID never works and the app glitches by turning Face ID on each time you open the program. You’ll turn FaceID off, but each time you open it asks you for your FaceID? The developer really dropped the ball in terms of break fixing these constant issues. And this hasn’t been fixed for 9 months! Along with this, I continually get an error code 1104 (or similar), forcing me to check my balance on my computer. It’s extremely inconvenient and there is no support number to call to submit a help ticket. You get a receptionist who just says to reinstall the application and hope the developer updates it soon. This app and bank is a joke and I wouldn’t recommend using it for your banking purposes. Your money is safer with Bernie Madoff.

If it were mobile banking done my way, why not give the option to do more: like turn e-statements on or off? Not ‘easy’.

Zelle is the new method to transfer money to someone that also had F&M trust. I tried to send my boyfriend my half of our rent, and it has a maximum limit and only ONCE per day. Literally HATE this. Such a downgrade from “People Pay”. Has me considering even switching banks.
