This app does not open

App is very efficient but there is now Zelle associated with the business accounts and I have 3 business checking and one business savings account.

App continues prompting me to supply my income for advertising credit cards. I have put this information into the app several times. Its does not go away. Like four or five times recently during the holidays. I don't like this…

I have multiple accounts and cannot access them through this app it Only gives me my BP credit Card information

I love this bank a lot, but their online banking has a lot of kinks. This app is down about once a week, and more times than not it crashes. I often have to call the bank because the app isn’t working.

Stopped doing cashback rewards on the app and use my laptop because it would often not work. This isn’t an app issue, but charges stay pending for such a long time compared to how it was when we had American Express and they would process quickly.

I use this app often for mobile deposit and Zelle for both business and personal banking. The mobile deposit is capturing check images very clearly but errors when I try to schedule deposit saying it can’t read numbers. I have tried multiple times and even called for app help. Was told to retry next day that app was having maintenance done. That’s the same line I got when Zelle sign up was not working. It required a bad review here to get it fixed. The bank is great but their app is Not reliable and it should be.

I like the app easy and convenient

Great except the automatic photos for deposits never work and I always have to take them manually. It would be nice if I could just choose manual instead of waiting for the automatic to fail
