[HOW TO USE]
1. Connect your compatible Foldio360 product with the Foldio360 app by bluetooth.
2. Set up your product for the photoshoot.
3. Capture automatic 360° visuals by simply clicking the red capture button.
4. Edit your 360° visuals on the app.
5. Share your image on your eCommerce page with our plugins, or export as photo, video, GIF, or All files expert.

I have purchased a Studio Box & Foldio 360 rotating stand with the Foldio 360 PRO app.
About the Foldio 360 App:
The App requires an account and is extremely limitative, unintuitive, and ugly.
Disappointments:
-Settings menu: under developed, unintuitive, restrictive as you can use the hardware just with this Pro App.
-Aspect ratio photos: 4/3 ONLY
-Aspect ratio film: 4/3 ONLY
-software not using full potential of iPhone camera.
-3D looked more like a longer low quality panorama picture.
-Saving film & photo to iPhone Library is a real hassle. I managed to save a photo, and a film but really unpleasantly restrictive and unintuitive.
-the overall look & feel of the app is mediocre for a Pro point of view.
ATTENTION:
For my iPhone X that runs iOS 14.0.1: once I have installed the Foldio 360 Pro App my native Camera App got the video feature disabled. I was unable to shot any film with my native iOS Camera App, is like censoring native iOS features of your iPhone.
Once Foldio 360 App was uninstalled and a restart of the iPhone, Camera features back to normal.
Disappointed
No direct control over captured content without total dependency on the web portal. This defeats the purpose of the purchase - to use the content for scientific publications requires easy access to raw files at full resolution
Needs to be updated for iOS 17!
The software has abruptly stopped working with iOS 17, and my fairly expensive turntable is now a very expensive paperweight. I hope the developers can tweak the code to get it running again soon.
Background fill doesn’t work
Upgraded to premium version, but the app still won’t remove the background. Button is simply greyed out and nonresponsive. Is this a fake feature of the app?
Great app
Started using this app and it’s been great. It would even be better if it can us HEIC format on iPhones so it can communicate more information to build 3D models.

Still in the early stages of finding out what this product is capable of .
So far it’s been amazing !!
I would recommend this for beginners or established Jewellers , in addition to to the many other merchants wishing professional imagery for there products.
Shadows editing feature request
The pro version of the app needs Shadows management control (just like in iPhone’s photo editing tools), since taking pictures with big items results in a-lot of dark spots. It would also be great to be able to choose from different screen sizes!!!
Finnicky
Will not maintain enough of a connection (on new iPhone, right next to the turn table) to produce a single product video. Constantly stops and starts turning. Per-degree turn functions do not work at all. Other buttons fail to creat a response whatsoever. Just give me a physical control device. Fancy = frustrating.
Can’t even sign in on my iPhone
I have bought this application twice. Never had issues.
Updated my phone and now I can’t sign in, log in or sign up for that matter. I needed the turn table to work in order to complete my work at a critical time. This is bad and not acceptable. Get that app to work with the latest iOS update on the new iPhones. It works well with my iPad and other devices.
Good but need some upgrades
1. No need to add extras on camera tools. But when we transfer to our photos we have to transfer individually.
2. Sometimes when I delete photo or video, i wish there is bin in other words recently deleted file
