Offering 3 day trials but don’t work just collecting information

It doesn’t do anything but log me out of my account

I used this app today when I hadn’t used it in over a year to see who had unfollowed me out of curiosity. About 1-2 hours later, I tried to use my Instagram, and it said that I could not log in. I needed to send a security password to an email that was 100% not mine. I immediately went through the process of verifying that I owned my account (and not this other person), which included me providing a video of my face and asking 2 of my friends to verify me. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Thankfully I was on top of everything and got them kicked off, but there’s no other way my information could have gotten out. This was the first time I’ve ever been hacked on insta and I’ve been using it for over a decade now.

It only loads my data to 75% then doesn’t work

Takes a really long time to refresh and load, and 90% of the time it say error and retry.

BAD APP. Inaccurate description. Only descriptive features. Not much one can do with it. On top of it, instantly charged without the "free trial" period. Would not recommend.

When I was offered the free trial I wanted to see if it was worth it, it was not so when I went to cancel it before I was charged, I was already charged FOR A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION!!! Now I've emailed the app (from the 'contact us' option through the app) and apple to receive a refund and haven't heard back. DON'T FALL FOR IT THERE'S NO FREE TRIAL

Endless loop of logging in, authenticating and “log in fail” error pages.

Not showing following… says wait a few minutes before trying again.
